Call to speak to an RVT who can triage and assist with booking a virtual consultation with a veterinarian. After-hours, calling in is their preference because it ensures that cases are properly triaged before entering their veterinarian’s queue. They will also assist with physical transfers when appropriate so pet owners aren’t left to their own devices finding care.
